6. SK Penyetaraan Ijazah Luar Negeri (if available)
7. SK Jenjang Jabatan Akademik (if available)
8. Photocopy of Identity Card (KTP)
9. Photocopy of Kartu Keluarga (KK)
10. Additional/supporting credentials (e.g. International TOEFL certificate, IELTS certificate)
